1. 條款接受

下載、安裝或使用 Cyrano（「本 App」）即表示您同意這些服務條款（「本條款」）。若不同意，請勿使用本 App。

2. 服務說明

Cyrano 是一款 iOS 應用程式，提供裝置端 AI 輔助的即時對話翻譯與回應建議。本 App 以「現狀」（as is）提供，不附任何形式的擔保。

3. 免費使用

Cyrano v1.0 完全免費。v1.0 無 in-app 購買、無訂閱、無隱藏費用。

未來版本可能透過 Apple in-app purchase 系統引入可選的付費功能。任何此類功能都會清楚標示並需要使用者主動 opt-in。

4. AI 輸出免責聲明

本 App 使用 AI 語言模型建議對話回應方向。AI 輸出僅供參考，並且：

• 不構成法律、醫療、財務或其他專業建議。
• 可能包含錯誤、偏見或不適當的建議。
• 重大決策不應僅依賴 AI 輸出，必須結合獨立的人類判斷。

您對自己在對話中說的話與做的事負完全責任。本 App 是建議工具；最終由您決定。

5. 錄音法規 — 重要

您獨自負責：

• 了解所在司法管轄區的錄音同意法規（例如：美國各州的一方同意 vs. 全方同意制；歐盟特定同意要求；台灣刑法第 315-1 條；日本、韓國等地對應法規）。
• 在對話對象在場時使用本 App 前，取得任何必要的同意。
• 遵守所有與使用語音辨識和翻譯技術於對話有關的適用法律。

開發者對任何未經授權或違反錄音 / 隱私法規之使用本 App 的行為，免除所有責任。

6. 可接受使用

您同意不使用本 App 從事：

• 違反任何適用法律或規範的行為。
• 侵害他人權利的行為。
• 騷擾、仇恨言論或其他有害行為。
• 嘗試逆向工程、修改或規避本 App 之任何技術保護措施的行為。

7. 智慧財產權

• 本 App，包括名稱、logo、設計與原始碼，為 Jay Lin 所有。
• AI 產生的建議供您使用；我們對您採用的建議不主張著作權。
• 「Cyrano」名稱引用：來自公共領域文學角色 Cyrano de Bergerac（Edmond Rostand 1897 年劇本）。

8. 不作擔保

本 App 以「現狀」與「現有可得狀態」提供，不附任何明示或默示之擔保，包括但不限於可商性、特定用途之適合性或不侵權之擔保。

我們不擔保 App 將不中斷、無錯誤或安全；不擔保 AI 翻譯或建議將準確、完整或適合任何特定情境；不擔保與所有裝置、iOS 版本或 AirPods 型號相容。

9. 責任限制

於適用法律允許之最大範圍內，開發者對因您使用（或無法使用）本 App 所引起之任何間接、附隨、特別、衍生或懲罰性損害，或任何利潤或收入損失，均不負責。

10. 服務變更

我們保留隨時修改、暫停或終止本 App（或其中任何功能）之權利。我們會以合理努力透過 App Store 更新說明通知重大變更。

11. 終止

您可隨時透過從裝置刪除本 App 停止使用。對於違反本條款的使用者，我們保留終止或暫停其存取本 App 之權利。

12. 準據法

本條款依中華民國（台灣）法律解釋。任何爭議以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Cyrano ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Cyrano is an iOS application providing on-device AI-assisted live conversation translation and reply suggestions. The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

3. Free-of-Charge Use

Cyrano v1.0 is provided free of charge. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or hidden costs in v1.0.

4. AI Output Disclaimer

The App uses AI language models to suggest possible responses. AI output is for informational purposes only and:

• Does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
• May contain errors, biases, or inappropriate suggestions.
• Should never be relied upon for decisions with significant consequences without independent human judgment.

5. Recording Laws — IMPORTANT

You are solely responsible for:

• Knowing the recording-consent laws in your jurisdiction.
• Obtaining any required consent from your conversation partners.
• Complying with all applicable laws regarding speech recognition and translation use.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to violate any law, infringe on the rights of others, harass others, or attempt to reverse-engineer the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, logo, design, and source code, is the property of Jay Lin. "Cyrano" name reference: drawn from the public-domain literary character Cyrano de Bergerac (1897 play by Edmond Rostand).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access for any user who violates these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
